Create new settings in ur mobile phone.

Proxy : 31.193.140.129
port : 80

now in opera or uc or fb or nimbuz handler menu put this frontquery

m.airtellive.com/~garagara/nph-mr.heckin/tommy/http/

then click on save config.and wait for initializing to complete.
