1.deactivate gprs pack if any
2.don't use proxy system to unblock ur sim
3.Maintain rs. 3- 5 in mobile
4.use nmd vpn with tcp config with
122.170.122.201 as host

5.2-3 times it will not connect ,after several attempts itwill connect

6.your bal will be deducted but ur sim will unblock
7.use it for 10-15 min......
